I’ve been making websites and designing games for over 8 years now. My most successful site has been AddictingGames.com which is now owned by MTV. After the sale I launched OneMoreLevel.com and it has grown to over 3 million visitors a month. I’m particularly interested in Web 2.0 startups, game design and the growth of the casual gaming industry, which is the intended focus of this blog, however it may degenerate into lolcat photos and off-topic ramblings.
My design philosophy behind OneMoreLevel is:
- Quality over quantity. Only the best games make it on.
- Non-intrusive and minimal advertising. I don’t allow pop-up or audio ads.
- A quick, clean layout and no login required to play games.
- Free sharing of games. I’m happy to link to my competitor’s site if they have a good title I do not. I’m not a fan of walled-in sites.
- Reward developers. Without them we wouldn’t have any games and I wouldn’t have a job!
My other interests include playing guitar, photography, hiking, disc golf and travel.

I learned about addicting games a long time ago, but its become suckier and suckier. This site is always fun. You should try to get moe online games on it though. Do u have an account on PLatform racing 2? Email me if u do

Hey ive been playing at this website ever since March…..I have gotten many many people to go to this website….it’s awesome. I love most of the games and im glad you got Zombie Baseball on this, i cant get off of it….anyways keep it up….if you ever make another website, hope you make it even better

Great site i hate games with many seconds of advertisement for sites. mainly b/c i don’t go to those sites. i love onemorelevel.com and my cousins love addictinggames.com keep up the good work

Awesome site, I feel like im a younger version of you just waiting to become you :) — Im just now getting into the feild of web design, photography, and video production. Im going to a performing arts charter school(high school) for those. Only a freshman so im just now starting to learn this stuff haha, but im convinced, and always have been convinced that this is what i want to do. Good stuff man, I love the design and the game choice. I have beaten every daily game(that were beatable) for like a year, and have played a lot of the old games too. Thanks a lot for creating a great place for flash game addicts like me =)

I think Ira is pretty cool guy! He has websites, and doesn’t afraid of anything! *Cough* Sorry, wrong internet dialect. Awesome site! I check it every day when I’m released from the daily educated drudgery (school). Big fan of that Endless War! I’m glad you put it on. Plus this is one of the few sites that doesn’t play games in separate windows, which I loathe entirely for reasons that not even I know.

I like onemorelevel. I have been playing it for about two years noby w. I actually found out about it when i was in third grade, i just looked at one of my classmates rolling over this webpage with the name onemorelevel.com put into it. later that night i decided to go to to the site cause i was getting bored and now ive been playing it for years
